“Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. The only thing I may complain is the air conditioner - it works well with no doubt,……

“I had the pleasure of staying here last year and I was happy to do the same this year. My mom is very ill, so during my stay, I needed to bring her to the hotel with me while my dad took care of daily errands, and the manager was very understanding. Besides the miscommunication in regards to how many towels the housekeeper could provide us with at one given time, my whole experince was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again, if I get another opportunity to do so. Great job guys!”
"👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately.
This behavior was highly inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. Being driven away just minutes after checking out, without being given adequate time to organize and leave, showed a complete lack of respect for guests. I’ve stayed at many hotels but have never experienced such rude service. If you plan to stay at this hotel, be prepared to leave immediately after checkout, or you may face the same unpleasant treatment."
