“Gelado! O quarto estava gelado quando entrámos. Apesar de ter Ar Condicionado, é claramente insuficiente para o clima da zona, e o tipo de habitação. Mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado no máximo a noite toda, o quarto manteve-se muito frio e completamente desconfortável.”

“The place was really beautiful and quiet. The balcony was a plus as you could relax there. The staff were very attentive. Leonel was especially sweet and thoughtful when we requested to take our order from the bar to our room. He carried 2 trays of food to our room, even though room service wasn’t available.”

“C’était un séjour superbe. La chambre était nickel, rien à dire draps changer tous les jours serviette. Seul petit bémol il manque un coffre et un sèche-cheveux. Sinon le reste tout est parfait. Le personnel super rien à dire.”

“Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich! Ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Man findet viele kleine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Speisekarte und Weinkarte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. ”

“This hotel is not a 5 star one, the breakfast options are way too limited and repetitive with low quality for a 5 star. Also the restaurant is not available unless we book in advance and there is no light food options. The villa has not enough light inside during the night. Also we stayed in a villa away from the main area of the hotel and is not interconnected.”

“A super cool campsite, really good conditions, comfortable and great views! We stayed at Neptune bungalow and it was great, amazing sunrise view to the lake. Safe, quiet, friendly staff, surrounded by nature. A really family friendly environment, would definitely come back. Plenty of parking spaces. ”
