“We liked the pool, the clean areas, calm ambiance. We didn’t like that the lady who had the car and rentals information was off for the weekend (sat and Sunday), and on Monday when we asked for her she was going to be late also, but we got help later that day though! ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
