“My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. “Dirk and Mariel are the best hosts! The property was easy to get to, I felt very safe, it was super clean and the room was a beautiful size. I was able to relax, unwind and not worry about anything. My hosts even set up decorations for my birthday!!! The only downside I experienced was constant dogs barking, but that came from a neighbour’s property and my hosts were not to blame. The pool and pool area was beautiful, and the extra amenities were everything I needed. I would definitely……
