“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“The beach was amazing. Restaurants around the hotel were wonderful. Only problem is the pool chairs get taken by people putting towels on the chairs and not showing up for hours to use them so it is difficult to get a chair by the pool with shade. This should be stopped by the hotel. ”

“This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.……

“This was our first trip to Aruba and we enjoyed all of it!! Starting with an immaculately clean hotel room for my wife and I which is conveniently situated among fantastic restaurants, eateries, shops and of course the beach!! We rented a compact car that allowed us to go everywhere. We traveled more in 4 days than folks I know have traveled in 10 years within the island. “We returned today after our stay at the Hilton Aruba. We are a large family of 6 (4 small kids) and were thrilled with our stay. We booked through Expedia but were booked in 2 separate rooms (my wife and 2 kids in one room and myself and 2 other kids in another). We asked if it would be possible to get some kind of adjoining rooms since our kids are aged 10 and under (couldn’t do through the app). They were able to do so, for a reasonable fee to upgrade our rooms, which I found to be very fair……

“We had an amazing stay at St Regis Aruba!! From the moment we walked in the lobby was beautiful, cool and smelled like you were on vacation. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and the entire ground and immaculately kept and beautiful! The rooms are so spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful views. “Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach. Room had all the amenities including washer dryer combo (took 5 hours for a load but did the job). We enjoyed the kitchen as well - beautiful views- definately recommend!!”
