“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“You could see the years of experience those people have on treating tourists. They were so friendly and polite, very safe and a lot of variety of food, shops .. what stoked me most was the staff and service at hyatt. when you are asking the staff to tell you were things are, they would not like just tell you but accompany you all way to the right point. “The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. The hotel is very close to the main street, where there are restaurants and shops. It's a great place and I recommend it to everyone.”

“We will def come back to this hotel. We had such a good and relaxing time. All the beaches in Aruba are public which means the locals could come to the beach at this hotel as well. Not the best beach on the island by any means but still, very beautiful and quiet. The hotel is prob 5-10 minutes from downtown area with multiple places to shot and eat. ”

“Our stay here was excellent. The staff and owner are incredibly nice and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Great little area, very cute, very affordable. Owner gives great recommendations as well for all sorts of things. Will definitely stay here again!”
