“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“ We had an amazing stay at the Radisson Blu! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. “The property is beautifu! However, we felt that there should have had more staff around the pool to assist with chair set up and towels. The system for getting a beach chair was complicated as well as getting a chair by the pool. This was our only complaint. ”

“Stay was good, not great. Starting with the great. Rooms were excellent, the 2 bedroom suite was spacious and modern. The good….amenities were average, the pool was very pedestrian with 1 very nice dining option and 1 that was poolside that was good. Surrounding area was ok, but seemed like construction at several sites. If you care more about rooms than amenities then this is a solid choice but doesn’t rival higher end locations like the Hyatt Regency.”

“Boardwalk hotel was absolutely amazing! The property was clean & quiet. We loved that it was not crowded & there was always space to lounge around at the pool. The restaurant on site, Coco Casita, had delicious food. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return! ”
