“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“My wife and I have always stayed at a timeshare exchange unit when visiting Aruba. This time, however, we decided to arrive a day early. For the first time we would need to find an alternate accommodation for one night only. So I looked at some of the less expensive options on Hotels.com and based on price and excellent reviews we chose A1 Apartments. We were not disappointed. Front desk lady helped us book the rental and gave some awesome suggestions for sightseeing. Pool area is very nice and adds a nice touch to the property. I was very pleased with the room. Sheets were clean. Kitchen was well maintained all the pots, pans and utensils were clean and shiny. Microwave, fridge and the stove all were in great working condition. Bathroom was well……
