“Food was the highlight. Compliments to the chef….very tasty, creative menus Loads of choice in bar menu and fair prices. Wonderful array of options for breakfast. Room with a view and bath. Plenty towels. Chocolates, welcome card and free drink were super bonus…WELL DONE!….means a lot! Comfy bed, lovely linen. “This is a lovely hotel with really friendly staff who made us very welcome during our stay. It is an older building, which has its pros and cons - quirky and full of character, though the bathroom area in our room was on the small side. The location is lovely, very close to the waterfront with good views, but the town and its amenities are on the other side of quite a long bridge. Would recommend overall.”

“We stayed with our lovely hosts Jo and Jim at their beautiful B&B. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Lovely Jo showed us to our room and it really did exceed expectations. Breakfast was delicious with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and fresh coffee etc. Jo and Jim went over and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back.
