“6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. ”

“I loved the service at the Delta. They were so accommodating and helpful during check in, and would greet us anytime we were exiting or entering the hotel. The best customer service came when we received a ticket during our final stay (from the Edmonton parking authority). We parked, went in to pay, and in the 5 minutes between parking and payment, were ticketed. We informed Gracey at the front when we checked out. Not only did she contact the parking authority and get the ticket waived for us……
