It was chilly during our stay but we took advantage of the location and walked just a short distance to a couple local bars/restaurants, did the river walk, checked out the farmers market next door and ventured to the casino that was only a few miles away. “As Described!! Quiet, comfortable, and a great location. We loved the ability to have our dogs with us and walk them over to Dog Park. “We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on……

“My wife and I stayed for the long 4th of July holiday weekend. The walk-out balcony offers amazing views of the lake and mountains. The condo is comfortable, clean and met our needs. Only two negatives. One, the television only had a 16-color display. Something obviously wrong with it so we couldn't watch TV in the evenings. The other item was that there seemed to be fruit flies (of some sort) living in the kitchen sink drain. So they were a bit of an issue when we were preparing / eating……

“We had a wonderful time at this property! All my questions were answered quickly before we arrived. There were a lot of things to keep us occupied during our stay with lots of family ranging from 9 months old to 65 years old! It's a little far from places, but the Mexican place down the road is awesome! My mom is in an electric wheel chair and she did great here with the accessibility and open floor plan.
