“The chef in the morning was wonderful. Only stayed one night but plan to be back.”

“There is only one lane way to access this property. There was a huge inconvenience when a large truck delivering roofing material which completely blocked access to the immediate parking lot and the reception area. No vehicles could come in or leave for over an hour. I was told to walk through the other hotel at the front to get to the reception, but I could not get through because I had not checked in yet and did not have a key to scan. Breakfast should start earlier to accommodate all guests……

“This hotel boasts probably the largest gym I have ever seen in a hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was clean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Kitchener.”

“Overall clean and inviting, quick and easy check in and check out experience. Only complaints are that I paid for a room with a desk but was given a room with a table and two wobbly chairs, and there was a couple of small hairs in the shower. ”

“The only issue that was kind of ridiculous was that the TV could not be viewed from the sofa or the bed . No place to sit in the suite from where you could sit and watch TV. Not water had to run 6 - 7 minutes before you got warm water . The place was beautiful and deserved a 10 if the above small issues were taken care of . ”
