“What an amazing experience! I would recommend anyone doing this. The boat is just the right size for 2 people wanting to get away, relax and enjoy all that Maine has to offer! The Marina staff are wonderful as well! There are pots for lobsters, clams and even crabs that they let you use along with grills as well! Being from Maine, I can tell you this was an experience of a lifetime!”

“Chad and Holly were amazing hosts! They sent us local recs about a week in advance of our trip and made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay. We loved the boat and were very comfortable. The ferry made for a fun way to access the city never needing our car. We loved the harbor and felt very safe. The neighbors were especially friendly. I can't say enough good things about this property or our gracious hosts. Five stars!! ”

“We’d never stayed in a houseboat previously, and I’m surprised how much we loved the stay on the “Blue Pearl”. My kids loved the loft, and the gentle boat rocking. The location was excellent— a short ferry ride to long wharf, and we even had a front row view to the Harborfest fireworks. It was great having a kitchen & full-size fridge to cook dinners/breakfasts.The marina itself was super quiet, and we had a quiet restful stay. We had groceries delivered and were able to save money cooking……

“I loved the location. I was able to walk all over downtown. It was nice to go back to the boat and be able to relax and not be in a hotel room. The area is quite and safe.”

“We had a wonderful time on the Patriot despite the rain. The location was absolutely perfect, and we went into the north end quite a bit. ”

“My wife and I had a great time at Lillypad. On the first night, we brought wine and a charcuterie board onboard and had a romantic evening. On the second day, we went into town and had a wonderful day. Both nights, the sunsets were gorgeous.”

“This was a fun and unique place to stay. The common space was bigger than expected and very comfortable. The boat was a little difficult to board, especially with luggage but doable for the average person.”

“The stay was awesome. The boat was a little older, but it was well within our price range. It was like living in a gated community in Boston/Charlestown Harbor. It was super easy to get anywhere. We just 10 minute Uber to anywhere in Boston, Charlestown, and the casino.”
