“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”

“It was a clean place, but the shared bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the heater wasn’t working well, I had to sleep with my jacket on plus it was super noisy and would turn on and off automatically so I was constantly waking up scared. There’s no check-in desk, so everything is handled via email. While the staff responded quickly, the process felt less flexible. I would recommend for a few days. ”

“Great space, great location. Just as advertised. Oct 2024 EVERYTHING looked new…floors, appliances, paint, furniture. Everything. Everything worked well ( though the fireplace would only stay lit for 5 minutes. Exactly FIVE). Communication was awesome. Prompt and helpful. Only criticism: did not know that there was NO ELEVATOR until the day of check in. At 61 with bad knees and four bags, getting settled in was a major hassle. Four narrow flights of winding stairs.
