“Excellent service, and a caring butler! Worth a stay!”

“We stayed at the Walter Spies room and it was amazing!!! We added the rose petals in our bathtub which is extremely romantic! The private pool is great, the service was wonderful, and the Thursday dance performance dinner and cooking class (must do the traditional market shopping) was fun fun fun!!! Spa service was very relaxing, breakfast and afternoon tea is very nice too! Hotels location is 45-90 mins away from the airport depends on the traffic, this area is more like a tourist area with……

The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali. “A very nice Villa. The staff is friendly and helpful . The place is comfortable. I also love the food there. The breakfast was delicious. There is free shuttle from the airport to the Villa. I am happy with my stay there.”

The place overall was a bit grubby and even though it is advertised as daily housekeeping we only really had one clean, and that was after two nights. We had to ask for fresh towels on day 3 and the ones we got were musty. They said they would be back with more but never came.
