“I typically give Holiday Inn Express 5 stars!! That’s why I stay there !! The breakfast here was a joke. No hot water for tea or oatmeal. Asked for it 5 times politely!! No eggs- gravy was cold. Sad - super disappointing!! I headed up Getting hot water at the gas station and grabbed a breakfast there! Sorry - ”
