“We really felt pampered staying at the Salt Inn. Loved the stylish room which included all the amenities including earplugs, amazing smelling soaps and a very comfortable bed with crisp white cotton linens. The breakfast buffet was loaded with lots of tasty gourmet treats. The fresh lemon cornbread and the chia pudding with berries were two of my favorites. We'd definitely book here again!”

Friendly, helpful staff, but I especially appreciated the continental breakfast, but if you want something more substantial, just walk 2 doors down to a great little breakfast/lunch spot. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
