“The space is adorable and well appointed. It was freezing cold out, the place has no insulation and there was no heat source. A space heater would have made a world of difference. There was also a lot of noise from construction going on above and adjacent to me and I was quite surprised when the water had been turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The construction guys explained that I should have been notified but I was not. ”

“My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again.”

“We had a great stay in a great location. We love Ptown and this space was perfect for what we needed. It’s not a big space, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The narrow stairs going up to the bedroom wasn’t our favorite feature, but the king sized bed was super comfortable and we slept well while we were there. All in all it was a very fun and relaxing stay. ”

“My husband and I stayed last weekend and it was such a memorable weekend. We truly enjoyed having a place that was clean, had great views, and was located so close to things. We created our own itinerary, but staying at Jason’s home allowed for that to be done with such ease. Jason was so accommodating and very quick to reply to any questions I had.
