Thalanena里的一切都让人觉得舒心，从我们到达酒店的第一杯welcome drink开始，每一个细节都让人如同回家的感觉。check in之后Alice把我们带到公寓里，客厅-房间-阁楼 给我们介绍并告诉我们房间用品及细节，餐厅里的用餐时间等等。每一位入住的客人都一张welcome drink的小纸张 可以随时去点上一杯饮品（房间里的饮品跟小零食 驱蚊水都是免费提供给客人的，我们吃了一些下午出去了一会，回来便看到工作人员已经帮我们又补充了,非常的贴心！）
必须提到的是这里的早餐，西式/泰式/亚洲口味一共有10种可以供客人选择，闭上眼点一款也不会让人失望。尤其是fired noodle with vegetable/ 跟一款日式的米饭，四个小碗分别是米饭/蔬菜/汤/小菜，味道非常适合亚洲人的口味！此外还有各类自助式饮品 面包……

“It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. “We stayed at the Lane Bay Villas for a second time this year and we are again so delighted of our stay. The staff is very polite and always trying to make you feel comfortable or provide you with everything you need. The house cleaning was excellent. The see view from the front villa is amazing and having breakfast every day on the front table with this view was amazing. “Rooms and property as described. Hosts Deng and Georg really care about their guest and go the extra mile.
We had a space with two bedrooms and a living room with large sofa bed. Slept comfortably with 5 people (2+2+1). Breakfast had many choices and all we tried were excellent.
Also had dinner twice and all food was excellent.
Very clean; beautiful garden.
Location: easy if you have transportation to get to and from to all area attractions.

“Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.”

Vor meinen Zimmer hing der lüfter der klimaanlage vom nachbarzimmer und wenn die an ging war die so laut das man nicht schlafen konnte. Und wenn die Muslemen früh und abend ihr gejaule los legten war auch nicht schön .Für ein durchgangshotel geht es aber für länger würde ich es……
