“This is a lovely boutique hotel with quirky rooms and decor situated in a lovely little town with some lovely little shops and cafes . We especially loved Gail’s bakery ! The staff were very friendly and helpful but be Prepared for loud music and parties into the early hours as it’s a popular weekend and Christmas venue ! Would definitely stay there again ! ”

“Fantastic little spot. Surprisingly quiet considering it's over a pub. Never heard any of the noise from the pub and stayed over on a Friday night as well. My room was tucked up and away on the opposite side of the building from the main pub dining area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast room. (Didn't hurt that it was sunny every day that I was there.) ”

“Really comfortable room in a quiet location. Bathroom quite small but plenty of hot water, fluffy towels & nice toiletries. Not sure the air con worked in room 1 but wasn’t needed anyway. Amazing English breakfast - should have asked for a child’s portion! Really friendly staff. Nice to have off-road parking too. Will definitely stay again & perhaps try a treatment too. ”
