“Parking in this area is tough BUT we had amazing parking luck even on a holiday weekend (the furthest we had to park was 1 block away). Since there is only one parking permit, it's ideal for a group with just one car. You absolutely can't beat the location! Just a block a way from the beach, we walked there every day to watch the surfers while the kids played on the beach! The listing says 4 bedrooms but the loft is separated into two areas (no doors in between the bunkbeds and the other bed).……
