“This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. “The most incredible hotel in Taormina. I have stayed in the other two and the Palazzo Vecchio is by far the best. It is situated beautifully above and set back from the main promenade and has the finest rooftop terrace I have experienced. The staff - especially the restaurant were wonderfully accommodating.
