“We had a reservation at the Best Western Saluki in Carbondale and the property was FILTHY. I was so relieved when a room opened up at the Drury, this was our third stay here. The hotel was so clean and has lovely amenities, including breakfast and the evening happy hour, great snack options, and more. We were in town for my father-in-law's funeral and my husband couldn't tie his tie due to his disability; one of the gentlemen at the front desk helped us as we were headed to the church, I was so……

“We travel to Marion several times a year to visit family. Many of the hotels in the area are dumps. Baymont is the exception. In my most recent trip I had to extend my stay twice and the the front desk clerk, Valerie, was super helpful in working through a couple of reservations issues”

“Local couple we needed a place to stay the night due to our AC being out and its over 100 degrees. Was able to get in quick and they allowed our dog! Room was much nicer than expected and proud to say our hometown has places like this. ”
