“The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.”

“Pros - We loved the layout and views of the resort. Cons - Food is average if not poor. Customer service needs to improve a lot. The resort used to be better in these areas, but have underperformed in the past few years. ”

Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service.……

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Great for relax and stay in the resort. Great facilities. Need more choice for restuarant. ”

“Check in was a very long, long wait. There is no thing as early check in here. My room was ready after 4 Pm. Check in staff plays games with letting you know your room is available. Rooms are clean but dated. Beautiful grounds. Pool area clean and accommodating. Guards everywhere. ”
