“Host was readily available for any questions i had. The lock system made me feel very secure. The apartment setting was very lovely and clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and locations close to downtown. ”

“The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. Fresh……

“The hospitalized family relative we were supposed to visit, passed away just before we were departing home. Due to other family considerations, we cancelled the entire trip. Any partial refund consideration would be would be greatly appreciated.”
