“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. “Tasha at the Front Desk is such a sweetheart. She answered all the questions my girlfriend and I had without any hesitation. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, as there were a few hairs in the shower. Maybe a lot of people wouldn’t have noticed, but having worked in the hospitality industry for years, I spotted them right away. The property is old, so you get what you pay for. ”
