“The property was what we needed for our trip but the staff was slow to come to the check in desk .I waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to show up. The elevator was broken and the other elevator wouldn't keep the doors open to get out. There were not any towels at the pool but the staff were courteous and helpful, and the place was clean”

“The location of this property is EXCELLENT for downtown Indianapolis. The staff was warm and helpful. The neighborhood is a little sketchy with homeless drug addicts a block away, but the property itself is nice.”
