“Made a mistake booking this property because Expedia defaulted to Watertown, NY when I was doing search when I was trying to book a room for Watertown, SD. Contacted manager about cancelling my room and getting a refund once I realized my mistake and was told they could cancel my room, but their policy prevented them from giving me any type of refund. I had two nights booked, so I was hoping for at least one of the nights to be refunded. Instead they cancelled my room and were able to rebook it……
