“I arrived late, but had very nice communication via whatsapp. They could open the entrace remotely. The spa was hot and ready upon my arrival. My luggage was delayed on the flight and they helhed me and called the airport for an update. I then needed to puchase new stuff and I got great info on where to go. ”

“My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for……

“They were kind enough to allow early check-in. The property was very clean with 24 hour coffee. Breakfast was nice. Its run by a mother and daughter who were very kind and set up breakfast early when I had an excursion. They offered recommendations for sites and meals. Just oustanding!”

“Beautiful Room design with character, simple n spacious. Staff of Habitat very helpful n with good hospitality manner. The restaurant providing breakfast is nice environment, enjoy eating there. But, if a writing table is provided will be better. Also, its a bit noisy in morning when someone showering, the sounds of water tubes quite large. ”

“Wirklich eine super Unterkunft. Super schöne Zimmer und auch wirklich sehr sauber! Zudem ist die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. ”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”
