“Nice welcome, only gripe was the bed was as hard as nails. ”

“Very impressive and welcoming hotel. Breakfast was great apart from the horrible scrambled egg - I’d recommend giving the scrambled egg a miss. Room 104 is more like an apartment and had everything I needed. Need to get a taller cleaner though, who can reach the bathroom window…”

“The staff were great, they swapped my room for one on the ground floor as I have difficulty with stairs and the hotel doesn't have a lift. The bathroom extraction wasn't working and the room wasn't air conditioned. There was only a basic chair to sit on. Everything else was good.”

“Great location right in the city centre. Very nice hotel with lovely room and comfy bed. Fab breakfast with lots of choice. Only slight downside was as situated in town centre, the noise was the nightclub nearby was pretty loud until 3am Saturday night/Sunday morning,”

“Couldn’t fault the place in terms of it’s all we were looking for and needed - we’d go back if we were doing a similar trip. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. Close to a shop and a short drive to the town and about half an hour to Cardiff. Only fault was the place is in need of a bit of a face lift, but overall, very happy with the place. ”
