“We had a fantastic two days at Newlands! Keith was so helpful and responsive. The house is very close to town and there are beautiful trails that begin directly behind the house. We’ll come again!”

“Loved the place, especially the unique artwork and furniture pieces. Great big room with amazing views! Also beautiful and large kitchen. The one downside is just one small bathroom. Luckily, we only had 3 adults for one night. Would stay here again in the summer to enjoy the outside deck...but it was way too cold this time around! :)”

“Beautiful flowers and fruit trees, nice patio table, great 2 bedroom with fantastic kitchen. We hiked Chataugua, Wonderland, Rocky Mt National Park (short one), Walden Pond/Sawmill trails for awesome birds. I biked all over Boulder on safe trail network! And of course Pearl St if u like expensive food, people watching, and tourist things if jst around the block. Had a great time! Thank u!”
