“Comfy and cute. Appreciated the snacks and water and fresh cut flowers. Extra blankets, pillows, and towels easy to find. Good communication with Fatima. I will echo what others have said about the shower as I was glad someone had previously reviewed and mentioned it so I could make my own decision- it is about 18-24 inches down without a safe way to step in and a large picture window which is uncovered. I had a plan to make that all work for me. There is no other option to shower otherwise. It……

“My boyfriend and I had the best week stay at this place! The private balcony/deck was an amazing bonus and allowed us to enjoy the perfect weather. Everything about the place exceeded our expectations. One thing worth noting is that you are very close to the train station which can be loud throughout the day, but still well worth it! Getting to the property was a bit of a challenge, as advertised, but well worth it. Our host, Judy, was most welcoming and really went out of her way to take care of a problem we encountered. She was most gracious in sharing their property with us and shared a very good bottle of the wine from their personal vineyard. We spent a terrific afternoon on their dock……

The only thing was when we got there, there was a lock on the gate that needed a code to open. I was able to call the property manager and they provided me the code within minutes. I will be coming to Ventura in the next couple of months and will stay here again if possible ”
