“Best of all worlds! Beautiful views from the living room, dining room and balcony. Very nicely decorated with comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Close to good restaurants, shopping, Cannery Row and the Aquarium. As a bonus, there are two passes to the Aquarium as well as movie passes. Sally is a great host and this is a great location to experience all of Monterey and the surrounding areas.”

“Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck. Was disappointed there was no view. Overall highly recommend you cannot go wrong if Avila Beach is your chosen destination. ”

“The unit was remodeled fairly recently so everything was really clean and nice. The location is great ( i've stayed in Cayucos before). The complex is right on the beach area so easy to walk out to pier or to town. We had no issues with noise from neighboring units, but since it seemed half the place was empty. At low tide, you can walk south for miles just along the beach. ( If higher tide, then the water hits a rocky area preventing safe passage and you would need to go up to street and……
