“Big big warning! What according to my booking should have been a two room apartment with private bathroom, twin bed in bedroom and twin bedsofa in living room turned out to be: two beedrooms in a three bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen. Sliding doors with no locks to the rooms! When complained we we’re offered a private studio with inflatable beds on the floor!!! We ended up in San Antonio at own expences, and got no refund at all!!! Please, stay away from this scam!”

“We stayed in this house last weekend with a group of 11 guys. There was plenty of room to sleep and kick back. House was very clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were great amenity. Walking distance to UT baseball game and quick 5 min uber to 6th street. Bonus is there is a small liquor store right next door so very convenient to pick up beer and snacks. The host, Brooks, was great and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. 5 stars and would definitely be back! ”

“We had a fantastic stay for 13 adult males. The house was big, easily slept us comfortably, and the back yard provides tons of activities. The location is perfect for Austin as it’s only a mile from the nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the house. The sound system was also a big hit. I would recommend this house to any large group. ”

“The Retro Cowboy Villa was perfect for what we needed. Residential area but super convenient to many bars, restaurants as well as downtown and the airport. Space was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard was also phenomenal - great hang out space, amazing hot tub and cute lighting made the space picture perfect. We ran into a few cleaning and sanitation issues while onsite which we reported to the host for future travelers and they mentioned they recently switched……
