“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“The property overall is well designed, decorated and maintained. The safe battery in my room was dead and the blackout curtains wouldn’t completely close - both issues were resolved immediately. I wasn’t able to connect to the room specific WiFi, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. A slight issue with my balance at checkout -they corrected the error and the manager on duty was helpful and explained everything. The breakfast options are delicious! Great vibe with professional and friendly……

“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”
