“This place comfortably slept ten of us. We were in town for a FAU Softball Tournament and were conveniently close to the field and other places like restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. ”

“The house itself was absolutely beautiful, in a great location and was extremely clean and had everything my family & I needed. The only thing I would say, is the host was not responsive at all. Luckily we didn’t have any issues, but if we did I would’ve been worried. We also had two random guys show up Sunday during the day and come through the backyard. While we understand checking on the boat and property a heads up would’ve been appropriate. We would definitely stay again,just be more……

“We stayed at this property last year and all was good. This year, not so good. We had to buy supplies to clean the screened patio before it could be used. It was very dirty. We also bought pots and pans to be used. The non-stick ones in the unit are well beyond their service life. We also had to wash living room blankets before they could be used.The owners of the unit are very nice people. We think they should invest a little time and money to replace unserviceable items. ”

“Sunny Oasis was located perfectly for our stay. Our daughter and husband live in the area, so we were able to have our grandson over every day to play in the pool and take neighborhood walks to the park.”

“We stayed here after having to relocate from another Vrbo in the area due to maintenance issues. This was a wonderful change and saved what remained of our holiday. The home was very clean and well designed. Everything worked properly. It’s in lighthouse point which is a pleasant and safe area close to a lot of amenities. We’d def stay here again when in town visiting family for the holidays. ”

“Would not sum this up as a stay. I would onlyHope & pray no other family will have to experience what our family did over Christmas. This home is not in living condition. There is a massive problem with their plumbing. So no shower or bath unless you want to shower in sewage . Plan on cooking, bring your own cooking utensils pots & pans. . All drawers filled with rodent poop and eggs , dead roaches and spiders . Want to wash a dish, STOP DON’T the toilets will start backing up with sewage and……

“Our experience with the property owner started off poorly when I requested check-in information. Unlike most Vrbo hosts, who typically provide details a day before or on the day of check-in, I had to reach out several times, receiving very poor communication from the owners. I was instructed to check the Vrbo app, but it contained no information. After following up, I was told to wait until check-in day, yet still received no communication. I had to contact Vrbo directly, and they eventually……
