“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

However, the shower was not very clean when we arrived, which was disappointing. Also, there was no Wi-Fi for the first two days of our stay, which made it difficult to work remotely or stay connected.
