“The “Half House” is such a wonderful little place to rest, recharge, and fuel your soul! It has an immaculate view of Lake Michigan and the South Pier lighthouse. It is very well-kept and clean. There is so much history to learn about the houses, the town, and the region, in general. The check-in and out processes are incredibly easy and user-friendly. There is plenty of parking right near the property even without private parking spots. Overall, I could not recommend this rental enough! It was……

“This little gem is our secret quiet space. Always so clean, just the perfect size and a tub to melt in. After we relax a couple days, plenty to see and do in the area. We found a new state park to explore, enjoyed a local resturant and wallowed in the big comfy bed all the next morning...see you again next fall!!”

We were concerned about the weather for our original dates, and she let us modify it to the following long weekend where we had beautiful 80 degree days full of sunshine. House was well-stocked and immaculate; perfect blend of that cottage feel combined with luxury. Excellent communication with host. So many hiking trails, nature and beaches to experience in OMP, also a very nice grocery store & restaurant just up the road. Was a wonderful, quiet winter getaway for us!
