“The condo was beautiful, completely updated with highend furnishings. It has 2 outdoor seating areas, we had coffee on the back patio, loved it. Very private as this unit is next to a wooded area. #10 tee box is adjacent, it wasn't noisy at all. This condo has everything you could need, very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed the house and renting the pontoon. We had a fun beach day and caught some smallmouth bass in Lake Charlevoix. The house is nice but kitchen is a little dated. The outside grounds were under construction but once it’s completed, it will be beautiful. ”

It is at the best location if you want to walk around to local shops or restaurants and only 30 minutes away from Walloon, Petoskey, etc. for more wineries and restaurants. “Beautiful property with absolutely lovely appointments…We have fallen in love with Charlevoix, and this property added to the town’s charm. There was plenty of room for two with a great setup. With Venetian Days going on, we were concerned about noise, but the building is so well insulated that we could hear very little happening outside. The bed was comfortable, and although we didn’t use the kitchen for anything but keeping and warming up a few restaurant leftovers, it had anything you could……
