“Nice clean and comfortble rental. Close to Colgate University.”

“The place was nice and spacious which was nice, having it right on the beach was cool. There were a few minor things 1-the fridge was not level so the door didnt want to close very easy and when open drawers would just slide open 2-the sliding glass doors to balcony were very tough to open and close. 3-the hot tubs had not been cleaned and had a decent amount of sand in them. 4- there was miss communication about there being a guest book and parking passes in the room. Which the owner did get……

“This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures……

“As we opened the door to Loons Loft, we were so thrilled with the space. We felt comfortable and relaxed right away. It is a bright and welcoming environment, very clean and well designed. Up to date appliances and smart TVs in the LR and both bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen with a lovely dining room table just steps away. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay for a weekend away from home. Despite being located above Copper Fox Liquor store and 2 other rentals on the property, there was no noise……

“Cute and spacious house. Right on the lake and walkable to everything you could want in Sylvan Beach. Plenty of places to eat in town and the sunsets are hard to beat. The house overall is comfortable and we never felt cramped, despite having 4 adults, a small dog and 2 teens. Lots of room to spread out, especially the porch. Only complaint was the inaccurate description of the beds. All full size, no queens. Lastly, the owner was very responsive. Would love to return.”
