“I LOVE the rustic experience, as long as certain comforts are available. This cottage was the perfect balance, providing us the freshness of the creekside and all its wild greenery, some bugginess, and a clean place to rest that wasn’t overly sterile and bland. In fact, I found the furnishings to be very thoughtful, simple and pleasing; the kitchen and bathroom were well, but not overly, stocked; there was no clutter or worry that my small dog could get into anything he shouldn’t. “Our time here was way too short. Would have loved to stay longer - cozy, homey, well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. I run HOT - AC and fans did the trick. Very clean, easy check-in/out. Would happily return.”

“Everything on the property was exactly as described and better. My adult siblings and I have been renting ski homes for the past 18 years and I can honestly say that this was the nicest home we have stayed in. Well equipped with everything you would need and stocked well with garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen cabinets were all labeled which made things easier to find and return to their proper places. “It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. Communication was great we had some slight Review and they took care of it immediately nothing that affected our stay in anyway”

“This property is a spacious 3-bedroom a short walk from the lake. We found the beds very comfortable, and we enjoyed the property's layout. We were able to comfortably cook a few meals there, and the rules were quite easy to manage. Overall a great experience - would highly recommend!”

“We did a family ski trip with ~20 family members of all ages. The place is beautiful, the layout is awesome, and the location can't be beat if you're trying to ski Windham (8 minute drive to the mountain). The décor is roosters - the kids had fun trying to count them all! Highly recommend.”
