“Very cozy and casual place in an awesome area. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights during a terrible heat wave, and we were so very comfortable and cool in The Nest. We hiked for hours in the heat at the various gorgeous Hocking Hills parks, and loved to rest our sore bodies in the hot tub. The pool table and easy-to-use Ruko tv offered us a great late night relaxation and recharge. Gorgeous view of the valley off the porch. Hunter was an awesome and communicative host. Highly recommend!”

“Previous reviews are totally accurate on this property. Close to Hocking Hills area and Lancaster which has some great places to eat. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Check in was a breeze and the property was clean. A/C kept the cabin cool on 90 degree days. Hot tub on secluded back porch was a bonus. I’m staying here again when I come back to the area. ”

“This property absolutely exceeded expectations. The host checked in with us before we even arrived to make sure everything was in order. This was, by far, the most well provisioned rental I have ever had. If every property we have stayed at was like this, I would never hotel again. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, toiletries, plates, bowls, etc. I couldn't believe my eyes that I had a full grill set, pot holders, and every pot I could imagine to cook with. “Everything was AMAZING! Just what needed for the holiday weekend. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a fun time. The dogs LOVED the lake and we loved all of the fun toys and amenities available for use. Would 100% stay again! ”

“We enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend on the quiet side of Buckeye Lake. It’s walking distance to Fairfield Beach and the Winery. We did have an unexpected guest who might surprise future visitors. Woody showed Up 😊”

“We wanted to take the kids away but not to far. They LOVED the pool - very secluded. And the POND. My son had a blast on the canoe and all three of my kids loved fishing! The little bluegill were so fun and easy to catch. They won’t quit taking about how fun it is to fish. A core memory for sure. The home was clean and well kept. The owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful! Over all a wonderful experience! ”

“My family (three kids and spouses, 4 grandchildren, one mother in law) spent a week here to celebrate my retirement. The layout worked perfectly with the three older grandkids and their parents in the lower level. It was perfect for our family. Dining table didn't seat everyone, but we brought a card table and put it on one end, and that worked well. This is a great place for a family gathering.”

“We had 9 adults, 1 teenager, 2 little kids and 2 dogs. This was the perfect place for us, plenty of room, had a blast with the games and the bonfire pit. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive awat but we felt like we were secluded in the woods. It's a very private, beautiful property.”
