“How we’ll keep the property was and the staff was amazing ”

“Great hotel. We stayed 2 weekends in May for graduation ceremonies we attended. Hotel was very clean and the lighting in the rooms was the best we have ever seen in a hotel - lights everywhere. We only had breakfast 1 day but it was very good - everything was fresh and hot. The new pancake machine was pretty cool - had never seen one of those before. The only complaint we had was that we stayed on the 4th floor for our second stay and it took forever to get hot water - well over 5 minutes……

“Property itself was in a good location and clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. In the room we stayed in, the handle in the bathtub/shower was hard to turn on, felt loose in the wall, water pressure not the best and the vent in ceiling was falling down. Be leary of the elevator, as we got to our floor, there was a big bump when it stopped amd when elevator opened you could still see it was moving. Going down the elevator there was a huge jolt when it hit the bottom floor. ……

“We love the property but unfortunately there was a lot of ants on our bed and my daughter woke up with a lot of bites ”

“The noise from the hall is very loud at night but overall the hotel is very nice.”

“Night staff was amazing! Turned on the sauna for my son after the tournament so he could recover. I was made aware of a prior leak in the room and the room had a musty smell but we could manage with it. The issue was the morning when we woke up to a room infested with ants. They were in the beds, chargers, bags and shoes. I made the front desk aware. They offered nothing to make up for it and barely an apology, sadly. I hope they spray asap and can manage the smell damage from the prior leak. ”
