“Property was not cleaned. Dirty linens were piled on beds and kitchen counter. Dirty towels were left in bathroom. The Vacasa placard indicated the last maid service was May 9 - over a month prior to our arrival. We contacted Vacasa, who indicated the local team would be contacting us and arriving to clean the space. We never heard from them, and at 11pm we were left with no choice but to spend the night in the uncleaned space. We contacted Vacasa again in the morning to indicate we were……

“This place is a such a gem! It is cozy, well thought through and is the perfect stay for a quick getaway. I definitely plan to rebook this place. My friends and I booked this place since it was the middle point from Seattle and the gorge. We came for a music festival. For all you music lovers I highly recommend this place. “My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the River Run Cottage. Right on the river and still walking distance to town make this an ideal place to stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful.”
