“This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all……

“I will start with the good points - The staff was very helpful and especially Dakota went out of her way to make our stay really special (she went beyond her call of duty when she saw I was too tired with some task late into the night and helped me sort it out quickly). Negative point - the vent in the room was making a lot of noise so we twisted open just to see if that fixes it but then we saw the air ducts had a lot of guck and dead flies spewed out when the vent was opened. “The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. “Elevator needs repair. Felt like I was in a Roller coaster. Elderly with balance issues may find it very unpleasant. “Don’t know about all the other reviews but my experience with the property and staff was pretty good. Anushtup was over the top for his excellent service and he answered all the questions i had. The bar is fun to watch games and have some good time with local crowd overall a good experience ”
