“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……
“This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and……
“We stayed two nights here with family. Check in was smooth. The room and the beds were clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was ok. If you are vegetarian, you have only cereals. Overall, we are happy with our stay. ”
“A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful.
