“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. “A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. “Super nice property! The pools and rooms are really nice and pretty. They had a volleyball net up and a bunch of activities available, like pickleball, a pool table, tennis, board games, and a gym. Wish they would enforce the quiet hours a bit more but that’s not really their fault. Also the grill outside is not available for guests to use, only for the restaurant but it’s outside. Only dislike of our stay. ”

"I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities to provide a better experience for future guests."
