Restaurants off the resort are all within walking distance and right on the beach. All water related activities are right next the resort, and we absolutely loved the sunset cruise. “Well our shower drain didn’t work and the ac never got below 70 but the staff was amazing and the guest services and our pool waitress were as good as I’ve ever had. The lady at the pool was on top of it and she knew our drinks and answered all our questions and provided the best service . Taxi guys were exceptional as well!!!”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
