“My college friends and I and our families were looking to celebrate New Years in Newport in a home that was large enough to fit everyone comfortably. This home was A++ … the perfect amount of space for 5 families all with multiple children. The multi-level layout allowed for certain kids to take naps or have some quiet time if needed. “Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.”

“This property was spotlessly clean! The parking was easy and the area safe with walkable restaurants. It’s very close to first beach and the cliff walk. The coffee, fresh fruit and grab able breakfast options were perfect for us as well. The owner was super friendly with a very easy check in. I hope to stay again next time we are in Newport! ”
