“A good basic option in an expensive area. Comfortable motel style rooms. Pool in season. Fire pits which one of the owners lit for us to enjoy. Friendly owner checked us in - I didn’t see a reception. Gave us lots of area recommendations. We stayed out of season and there were two weekly residents so not really a holiday vibe, but probably will be different over the summer. Recommend for short stay to see the area. ”

“The home far exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is comfortable and perfectly setup for guests. It is a short drive to the beach and other attractions. The kitchen is well appointed and a a great space to cook for a large family. The deck is comfortable (houses a professional grille), and offers beautiful views of the surrounding property. This is a gem and quite unique for South County, Rhode Island. ”

“This is our third year at this beautiful beach house, and every year when we enter, we are surprised by how lovely and clean is. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning was so appreciated. The beds are comfy, the furnishings great, and the fabulous kitchen and grill met all our dining needs! And of course, we loved the opportunity to sample the Charlestown beaches with the complementary pass. We had many wonderful dinners and family events at this beautiful home, and look forward to……
