“Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor……

“We stayed as it was local to an event we had the next day, can’t complain for the price so overall happy. Breakfast is continental so no cooked or warm food, not sure if there is any option but couldn’t see any and wasn’t offered so i assume not. Very quiet location, value for money.”

“Brilliant Pub, Amazing staff and Stunning Surroundings. We only stayed for 2 nights but would of loved to stay longer. Staff were attentive and welcoming. We were very impressed by our room which was extremely spacious with a large shower room and even a sauna in the room. Our Bed was so comfy and the pub was full of friendly locals. “Property was located right in the heart of Wrexham, with easy/convenient walk from the train station. Numerous bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Staff was extremely friendly on check-in. Room and bed were very comfortable for my two night stay. Bathroom fixtures were a little dated, however, everything was very clean and worked perfectly. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the bar/restaurant but looked like a nice place. Wonderful hotel, especially for the price. Won’t hesitate to……
