马德里萨雷斯会圣弗朗西斯科教堂附近酒店

“酒店比较靠近欧洲之门，离其它景点的位置较远。大楼外观普通，每个房间窗户的一半都被一种装饰板遮住，真是浪费了窗户的作用。酒店图片重点宣传的pool还要额外花钱才能进入。酒店房内设施不错，但整体性价比实在不敢恭维。”

“House keeping was fantastic. Little extra touches organising toiletries etc. Breakfast was best I had in a very long time!”

“只能夠說有對比就有傷害，之前是在巴塞隆拿住，前台服務只態度很好，服務很週到，以為全西班牙都很多，但到了這間酒店真的很意外。我早上十一點到了酒店，酒店規定三點後才能入住，表示房間未準備好，我也明白這一點，所以我把行李寄存後就出去了，到五時多回來了，打開房間覺得房間挺美的，但入房發現房間有兩支上一位房客喝剩的飲用水，洗手間和垃圾桶都有上一個房客的垃圾，上一手房客用過的沐浴露和洗頭水都還在，我立即到前枱反映，前枱職員亦立即安排人員清理，我明白可能這是個別事件，但如果可以給我把房間換一下會更加好，感覺上一位房客的香水還在，(也有可能是房間本身的香薰味吧)對毛巾和水杯都沒有使用的信心，也不知道床單有沒有更換過。”

“Beim Roomservice/Restaurant ist noch Nachholbedarf da, auch die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache gestaltet sich beim Personal (ausser Empfang und Concierge) eher schwierig. Aber ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen.”

“Great apartment with every amenity needed for an excellent stay in Madrid. The bed was a little harder than it prefer, but overall I cannot complain. Close to restaurants and groceries. ”

“La unidad superior que elegimos superó nuestras espectativas. Una vista espectacular de esquina a esquina con dos balcones. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar en una estadia cono si estuvieras en tu hogar. La cocina (nevera estufa y accesrios de cocina) y el baño tiene todo lo necesario. Tienen lavanderia y Gym. La seguridad del lugar es muy buena y el personal fue muy atento y amable ante lo que necesitas o preguntas. El supermercado super cerca al igual que la estación del metro. Tiene muchos……

“Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel ”
